Scott Bodkin

Scott Bodkin practices taxation, business and estate planning law. His strategies distinguish themselves by focusing on tax and asset protection opportunities for clients.  Scott serves as the President-Elect for the Denton County Bar Association, Chair for the Denton County REPTL Section, and Chair for the Denton County Business Section. Scott is licensed in both Texas and New York.

Personal
Scott is a North Texas native. In his spare time Scott enjoys finding ways to utilize the newest technology in both his practice and personal life.

Education
Scott is a proud Longhorn and received his BA from UT, his JD from Tulane University Law School, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law. He was the top student in Oil and Gas Taxation at Tulane, and he was on the Dean's List at UT and Northwestern.
